Brokerage Coordinator

Timothy joins ICO Commercial as a Brokerage Coordinator, with a focus in supporting the day-to-day brokerage operations. He enjoys serving the ICO team and works with our broker advisors to assist and coordinate commercial real estate transactions from client engagement to post deal follow up.

Timothy grew up in Houston, TX. and attended the University of Alabama. Timothy brings a lot of sales strengths to the table. He grew up working in a family-owned retail business and after 5 years in sales with Mustang Cat Heavy Equipment & Products he certainly comes as an experienced sales professional who understands the importance of sales and customer relationships.

Outside of work Timothy enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, and working outdoors.
