Sugar Land, TX– October 2023 – ICO Commercial is excited to announce the promotion of Seth Green to Vice President. Seth joined ICO Commercial as a Land Advisor in 2018 where he has assisted his clients with the acquisition, disposition, and development consulting, of land parcels for various commercial and residential uses.

Sugar Land – September 2023 – ICO Commercial has purchased 1,476 Acres of Land at FM 1725 in Willis, Texas. Seth Green and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Buyer. ICO sourced this beautiful large acreage tract for the Buyer (a residential developer Client). With multiple renegotiations and amendments through the interest rate hikes of 2022-2023, it has been a challenging but incredible project for ICO to be a part of. The development will be a beautiful acreage lot residential community. The Sellers and our Client have been great to work with and ICO looks forward to helping facilitate the remaining phases over the next year.
