Browning joined ICO Commercial as a Land Associate in 2025, bringing with him a strong background in sales, client relations, and land transactions. With three years of experience working closely with landowners and clients in the oil and gas industry, he found land sales to be a natural fit for his skills and interests.
A native Houstonian, Browning spent his summers in the Texas Hill Country before attending St. Thomas High School. He later moved to San Marcos, where he graduated from Texas State University. His career began in sales and management, spending over five years as a sales manager and production manager at Maida’s Belts and Buckles in Houston.
After relocating to Austin, Browning transitioned into the real estate industry working on pipeline and oil and gas development projects across East and West Texas, as well as Georgia and Alabama. His experience negotiating land usage agreements deepened his appreciation for Central Texas and reinforced his passion for the region. Browning’s experience continues to heighten his negotiating skills and sharpen his expertise in contracts, leases and easements allowing him to support his clients through any transactions.
Outside of work, Browning enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, exploring the outdoors, and attending live music events. An avid wing shooter and outdoorsman, he also takes any opportunity for a family road trip. When time allows, he enjoys crafting handmade cowboy boots in his home workshop and working on welding and fabrication projects.
