Gloria joined ICO Commercial as a Brokerage Coordinator in 2025, with 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout her career, she has held various roles, from Transaction Coordinator to Brokerage Associate that have allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. Gloria knows well the cycle of real estate, helping her clients buy buildings, lease them and grow their portfolios through continued acquisitions. Gloria’s background in the industrial, office, retail and land sectors equips her with the expertise to support brokers and clients effectively, ensuring she provides exceptional service to brokerage teams and their corporate clients.

In her spare time, Gloria loves spending time with her daughters and grandkids, studying the Bible, crocheting, working out, and playing pickleball. She strives to maintain a positive and thankful attitude, one that’s not only uplifting, but also inspiring to those around her.
