ICO Commercial was engaged for Landlord Representation services on a Class B Retail center in Katy, Texas. There was a mix of tenants and multiple vacancies, so the landlord was needing an aggressive marketing strategy.

The leasing team determined the best aspects of the property that would drive activity to the center. They used creative marketing strategies through a combination of marketing portals, on-site marketing, and community marketing to target key potential tenants that would build upon each other and increase the occupancy of the center.

 ICO Commercial leased all four vacancies in the project, retained the existing tenants and has positioned the owner to either hold the project long term at their desired return or begin positioning for a sale.
