Kelsey Davis

Senior Associate

Kelsey serves as a Senior Associate at ICO Commercial, focusing primarily on the Greater Houston Industrial market, and works hard to give buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords the best possible experience and outcome. As a native Houstonian, Kelsey knows the long-term benefits of investing in the Greater Houston Market and wants to see her clients and their businesses flourish.

Prior to ICO Commercial, Kelsey began her career in real estate as a Right-of-Way agent and a Facilitator of the Harris County Property Foreclosure Auction for Harris County with a goal of returning dilapidated, abandoned or flood prone property to its highest potential. She has worked as a licensed agent since 2016. Kelsey has a strong passion for real estate and enjoys the ever-changing nature that the industry brings.

Kelsey earned her Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University in College Station where she majored in International Communications and Spanish. She loves to be active and enjoys playing volleyball, kayaking, rock climbing, hiking and anything else outdoors. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Christian Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and enjoys serving at her church in various capacities.
