Sugar Land, TX ­­– October 2020 – ICO Commercial is excited to announce the promotion of Peyton Easley to Vice President. Peyton joined ICO Commercial as an Advisor in the Industrial Division in 2015. He specializes in industrial and land client transactions representing tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers. His primary objective is adding value to his clients by putting their real estate goals and company needs first. As a result, Peyton has been a trailblazer and has achieved some of the largest transactions since his time at ICO.

Richmond – April 2020 – ICO Commercial asssisted in the lease of 1,181 SF of retail space in the Long Meadow Plaza at 7909 Grand Parkway in Richmond, Texas.

Houston, TX – April 2020 – Surge Energy, a production company focused on the acquisition and development of onshore oil and gas properties in the United States, has leased 2,044 SF of office space at 7850 North Sam Houston Parkway West, Suite 280, Houston, Texas 77064.  Jane Nodskov, CCIM and Lang Motes, CCIM with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Avison Young with L. Reit, LTD landlord.

Stafford – April 2020 – ICO Commercial assisted in the lease of 5,536 SF of warehouse and office space at 803 Summer Park Drive in Stafford, Texas.

Mike Gornek and Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the landlord, Jim Hoelker.

Houston – April 2020 – ICO Commercial assisted in the purchase of 0.863 Acress of land at 4400 Langfield Drive, Houston, Texas. Lang Motes, CCIM and Seth Green with ICO Commercial represented the buyer.  Michael Hill with Michael Hill properties represented the seller.

Rosenberg – April 2020 – Sugar Creek Baptist Church leased 43,336 SF, expandable to 50,000 SF of  retail space at 28800 South West Freeway, Rosenberg, Texas. Larry Indermuehle and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the tenant and Francois Le with Le Commercial, represented Rosenberg Towne Center, LLC represented the landlord.

This location, scheduled to open in August 2020, will be the fourth campus of Sugar Creek Baptist Church, and already has 700 members that will open this location.  It is located at the corner of Highway 59 south (I-69), and Highway 36.   

Sugar Land – March 2020 – ICO Commercial assisted in the sale of 2,272 SF of office space at 120 Eldridge in Sugar Land, TX.

Houston – March 2020 - N’Duldge is a Houston catering company that leased 2,827 SF of retail space at 1029 Highway 6 North in Houston,Texas.   N’Duldge specializes in corporate and private party catering.  Danna Sossen and Tawnya Dornak with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord and Andy Aronson represented the Tenant from Gulfstream Properties.

Rosenberg – February 2020 – ICO Commercial assisted in the sale of 4.93 Acres of land in Rosenberg Business park,Texas 77479.  Jane Nodskov, CCIM, Larry Indermuehle, CCIM and Lang Motes, CCIM with ICO Commercial represented the seller and Donnie Chang with ABC Advisors represented the buyer.
