Rosenberg – October 2019 – ICO Commercial has sold 64.655 acres of land in Rosenberg, Texas. Lang Motes, CCIM, Jane Nodskov, CCIM and Larry Indermuehle, CCIM with ICO Commercial represented the seller. Baiping Zhang with Realm Real Estate Professionals represented the buyer.

Jenny Vasquez joined ICO Commercial as an Associate with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. In her career, she has led real estate transactions for an international energy trading and utilities company, managed corporate real estate for a national retailer and closed transactions on a corporate services team.
Jenny’s experience and drive have allowed her to successfully open over 120 stores for a national restaurant brand; manage over 1,500,000 square feet of owned and leased assets for a regional retail developer; and open, relocate or renegotiate multiple office sites for corporate clients in major U.S. markets. She has proved to be a key asset in strategic corporate expansions, site selection, acquisitions, lease negotiations, design, construction and tenant finish build-out assignments. Her vast understanding of Tenant and Landlord leasing objectives through her work in corporate services and with leading developers give Jenny an acute eye for detail in identifying and prioritizing goals and objectives followed by excellent execution.
