The building is located in Sugar Land Town Center at Highway 59 South (I-69) and Highway 6, part of the First Colony Development. Sugar Land, Texas – January 2018 – Daniel Myers joined ICO Commercial as Vice President of Investment Sales in January of 2019. He has over twenty-five years of professional sales and marketing experience. His experience includes 15 years of business development specializing in retail site analysis and selection, lease negotiations, and renewal and relocations across the western states.
Daniel has a strong understanding of the retail build-out process and the day-to-day operations which have helped him appreciate and meet both the needs and concerns of owners, landlords and tenants. In addition, Daniel is an experienced manager, presenter, and communicator with strong interpersonal and networking skills, backed by 7 years of UK sales and marketing experience with a Fortune 500 company.
Sugar Land, Texas – January 2018 – Wendell joined ICO Commercial as Vice President of Investments Sales in January 2019. He began his retail real estate career in 1985 after graduation from Texas A&M. Over his career, he has been predominately responsible for the leasing and merchandising of regional malls across the United States for a large publicly traded REIT. Most recently he was based in Dallas representing properties across the portfolio including hundreds of leases with national, regional and local tenants.
Wendell has been on the front line in the re-merchandising efforts for major redevelopments for several properties and finds taking an asset to the next level the most rewarding part of the job. He has countless long-term relationships in the business and he counts many of those contacts, both owners, and tenants as friends.
