Stafford, Texas – November 2017 – ICO Commercial has leased 37,090 SF at Stafford Grove Industrial Park located at 10643 West Airport in Stafford, TX. The space was leased by Matrix Metals, a constituent of Sanmar Engineering Technologies Limited, who provides foundry solutions in steel castings, machining and many other value added services. Matrix Metals was represented by Peyton Easley and Mike Gornek with ICO Commercial. Matteson Hamilton with Stream Realty represented the Landlord, Crow Holdings.

Stafford, TX – October 2017 – ICO Commercial has leased 2,550 SF of Industrial Space on 4100 Greenbriar Drive in Stafford, TX. Jane Nodskov and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Tenant. Cameron Hicks with Lee & Associates represented the Landlord.

Rosenberg, TX – July 2017 – ICO Commercial sold four tracts of land in the Walsh Road Industrial Park located in Rosenberg, TX.  Walsh Road Industrial Park is a 17 acre, deed-restricted, industrial park designed to meet the needs of smaller users in Fort Bend County needing 1-2 acre sites with an outside yard area.  Larry Indermuehle, Jane Nodskov and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Sellers. Sky Pulford with Re/Max Westside Commercial and DK Parkikh with Champions Real Estate Group represented the Buyers.
