Houston, Texas – January 2015 – York Partners I, Inc. has leased 9,125 SF of industrial space on 6730 Windfern in Houston, TX. Payton Indermuehle, SIOR and Gloria Casimir with ICO Commercial represented York Partners in the transaction while Glynn Mirles with CBRE represented the Tenant.
