Stafford, Texas – June 2015 – United Way of Greater Houston has purchased a 79,000 SF office building located at 12300 Parc Crest Drive in Stafford, Texas. The property is located off of Murphy Road (FM 1092) and West Airport Boulevard. The out-of–state Seller, Stafford Office Park, DST was represented by Lang Motes, Tawnya Dornak and Jane Nodskov with ICO Commercial. Jeff Lindenberger with Avison Young represented the Buyer.

Houston, Texas – May 2015 – ICO Commercial has sold the 90,000 SF office/warehouse building, Beltway Exchange at Colony Crossing, at 10401 S Sam Houston Parkway W in Houston, TX. Payton Indermuehle and Gloria Casimir with ICO Commercial represented the Seller. Rodney Lerner with Benevides & Associates represented the Buyer.

Stafford, Texas – June 2015 – Clean Planet Flooring has leased a 8,875 SF industrial building located at 8000 Harwin Drive in Houston, Texas. The tenant was represented by Gloria Casimir and Payton Indermuehle with ICO Commercial. Steve King with CBRE represented the Landlord.

Sugar Land – March 2015 – ICO Commercial has leased 7,440 SF of office space to Capital Title of Texas and Active Rx at 2415 Town Center Drive in Sugar Land,Texas.  Capital Title is the largest independent title company in Texas with over 45 locations focusing on residential and commercial title insurance.  Active Rx specializes in working with mature adults in Active Aging Centers across the country using Active Physical Therapy and ActiveRx Strengtherapy™.  Jane Nodskov and Larry Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord.
