Missouri City – November 2012 - Southwest Electronic Energy "SWE" selected and acquired a unique 6.5 acre site in Lakeview Business Park to design their new state-of-the-art facility. SWE chose Lakeview Business Park for its distinctive and exceptional natural environment setting on a former 160 acre golf course. They have completed the construction of their new 55,668 square foot, tilt-wall facility on the site.
Their new corporate headquarters was designed to accommodate their administrative, engineering, manufacturing and warehouse requirements. This new state-of-the-art, air conditioned, manufacturing facility has more than doubled their production capacity and equipped them for new growth. The building is comprised of over 10,000 square feet of two-story office and engineering space, 30,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 20,000 square feet of warehouse space.
