Quantum Fitness is a Houston based manufacturer of commercial equipment for the medical and fitness industries providing superior products to the commercial and residential markets. Quantum has experienced solid growth for over 20 years and today they are continuing to develop new product lines and expand into new markets. The company's recent move in Stafford represents the next phase of their growth plan. Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Tenant.

Richmond – July 2012 - Environmental Development Partners, LLC has leased 3,172 SF of office space on 2035 FM 359 in Richmond, Texas. Environmental Development Partners, LLC has been locally owned and operated in the Houston area since 2001. They currently provide services including: drinking water system operation, sanitary sewer operation, utility billing services and more. Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord.

Sugar Land – June 2012 - Dr. Barry Bailey has leased 1,660 SF of office space at the Greatwood Professional Center on 7002 Riverbrook Dr. in Sugar Land, Texas. Tawnya Dornak and Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord.

Missouri City – May 2012 - Barrett Health Centers purchases a 2,621 SF office building from Maverick Steel Enterprises, Inc. at 4642 Riverstone Boulevard in Missouri City, Texas. Dr. Richard Barrett, a licensed Chiropractor, has been treating patients in the community since 1993 and is committed to promoting optimal health and well-being for his patients. Jane Holloway and Larry Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the buyer. Tawnya Dornak with ICO Commercial represented the seller.

Houston– April 2012 - Saxon Technologies, a leading CNC machining company in Houston, has purchased 8,000 SF of office/warehouse space at 6922 Signat Dr. in Houston, Texas. With this purchase, Saxon Technologies now owns over 20,000 SF of machining space here in Houston. Nick Peterson and Payton Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the buyer. Houston – March 2012 - Harwin Venture, LLC has leased 13,930 SF of retail space to SW Trading and Impulse Wholesale and Distributor on 8000 Harwin Dr. Houston, Texas. SW Trading is a family owned and operated wholesaler of jewelry, handbags, luggage, and accessories who has been in business since 1982. Impulse Wholesale focuses on toys, hobby goods, and supplies and has been in the Harwin market for over a decade. Larry Indermuehle and Jane Holloway with ICO Commercial represented the landlord.

Houston – March 2012 - HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. has leased 5,300 SF of office/warehouse space on 10010 West Sam Houston Parkway, Houston, Texas. HomeTeam Pest Defense, a recognized leader in the pest management industry, is currently the nation's 3rd largest residential pest control company. The company offers pest and termite control services with traditional treatment methods and with advanced products such as the innovative Taexx® built-in pest control system. The company has over 50 branch locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Mid-Central, Southwest and Western states. Mickey Guice with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Sugar Land – March 2012 - Silver Lake Ventures, LLC has leased 4,095 SF of office space to MedSpring on 1403 Highway 6, Sugar Land, Texas. MedSpring operates urgent care centers that provide care for a wide variety of illnesses & injuries. They have five locations in Austin and this will be their 3rd location to open up in Houston. Stafford – March 2012 - Crossover Athletics has leased 14,480 SF of office/warehouse space on 815 Summer Park, Stafford, Texas. Crossover Athletics was founded in 2004. It was formed to be the new era of basketball with its focal point set for youth & adult women but not excluding male athletes. Crossover Athletics provides sporting apparel, camps, clinics, personal training, exposure, league & tournament play. They have now re-formed into becoming a company that strongly believes in "Crossing Over into Greatness" no matter what sport or extracurricular activity you participate in.
