Houston, Texas – July 1, 2008 – Stubbs Cycle has been selling motorcycles in Houston since 1964. In 1994 Stubbs Cycle Southwest was formed and opened a retail facility near Highway 59 and Beechnut in southwest Houston. Eventually outgrowing the location Stubbs Cycles Southwest purchased the 22,000 square foot retail facility located at 10430 Southwest Freeway and rebranded as Stubbs 59 Powersports. This facility, formerly occupied by Conn's Appliances, was completely remodeled into one of the largest motorcycle showrooms in the region. Stafford, Texas – June 26, 2008 – Regency Plumbing has purchased a 2.7 acre tract of land on Mula Road in the Stafford Industrial Park development in Stafford Texas. Lang Motes at Indermuehle & Co. represented the Seller and Don Burns of RE/MAX Fine Properties represented the Buyer.

Rosenberg, Texas – June 2008 – Bass Construction has purchased 16.5794 acres of land on Bryan Road, Rosenberg Texas. The land will be the site of a new corporate office for the company. Larry Indermuehle and Jim Shaw of Indermuehle & Co. represented the buyer and Harold Ward of Reese Real Estate represented the seller.

Stafford, Texas – June 2008 – Kho Family LLP, purchases a 7,064 square feet office/warehouse at 12006 Murphy Road in Stafford Texas. Mike Gornek at Indermuehle & Co. represented the owner and thank you to John Wu at Keller Williams who represented the buyer.

Sugar Land, Texas – May 9, 2008 – Indermuehle & Co. is proud to announce the sale at 2507 Williams Trace Boulevard. The building is 7,827 total square feet and was 55% leased at the time of sale. Sugar Land, Texas – April 2008 – Prism Trading Advisors has signed a lease for 2,598 square feet at 77 Sugar Creek Center Boulevard, Sugar Land, Texas.
