ARC Abatement is a full service, environmental services company specializing in asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead abatement and demolition. With offices nationwide, this facility will serve as headquarters for their Houston operations. Stafford, Texas – April 2009 – Bohler Welding Group USA, Inc. has renewed their lease for 33,776 square feet of office warehouse space in the Greenbriar Business Park, in Stafford, Texas. Bohler Welding Group is an international supplier of welding materials for the welding industry worldwide. Tom Brummett at Brummett & Company handled lease negotiations for the Landlord, and manages the property.

Sugar Land, Texas – April 2009 – Dr. Gary S. Jennings, DDS MAGD, has signed a long term lease for 1,841 square feet of office space at 50 Sugar Creek Center. The Landlord was represented by Tawnya Dornak & Chase Ferrell at Indermuehle & Co. and the Tenant, was represented by Susan Rinyu of Susan J. Rinyu Interests.

Houston, Texas – March 2009 – Zaxby's has purchased 1.0659 Acres of land on FM 1960 and Fallbrook in Houston, Texas. The site will be a 2nd location for Zaxby's in the Houston Area. Sugar Land, Texas – February 2009 - Bagga Ventures, LLC has purchased a 5,987 square foot freestanding building at 4127 Highway 6 in Sugar Land, Texas. Mike Gornek at Indermuehle & Co. represented the Seller, Plaster Ventures, LLC in the transaction.
