This web site served Indermuehle & Co. well, but significant advances in graphics and technology prompted strategic improvements raising bar and the level of web marketing today's clients need and today's prospects want.

Houston, Texas – October 20, 2006 – Indermuehle & Co. and Guardian Financial are proud to announce the closing of a 500,000 square foot portfolio in northwest Houston, Texas. At the time of the sale the properties were about 89% leased. This investment sale was purchased for a long term hold by Nelson Duffie Interests, Inc.
