This 56,085 square foot class B warehouse building was constructed in 1982. SOLARCRAFT brings the occupancy to 73%. Sugar Land, TX – August 1, 2006 – Indermuehle & Co. is proud to announce the opening of their new office in Southwest Houston located in Fort Bend County. Construction on the new building started February 1, 2006 and six months later they have moved.

Trammell Crow broke ground on this 278,000 square foot new development in April of 2004 and Elliott Electric marks the second tenant added to the park roster.
