They are an investment firm that provides financial planning and investment and tax advice for individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. This law firm has been a long standing Tenant in this building and is now expanding their practice. They advise clients in the areas of civil litigation, business law, corporate, family, real estate, personal injury, construction law, probate and estate planning. Sugar Land – January 2012 - First Transit, Inc. has leased 7,200 SF of warehouse space at 1719B & 1723B Eldridge Road, Sugar Land, Texas. Larry Indermuehle and Jane Holloway with ICO Commercial represented the landlord. Glynn Mireles with CBRE represented the tenant.

Stafford – January 2012 - Scientific Resources Southwest (SRS) has purchased a 3,392 square foot building at 4719 South Main Street in Stafford, Texas. SRS is a manufacturer representative providing instrumentation, equipment, and services to the biomedical, industrial, and clinical markets. They service the southwest region of the US and will continue growing in their new building. Lang Motes, Jane Holloway and Larry Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the buyer. Jason English and Barrett Gibson with Cresa Partners represented the seller.

Houston – January 2012 - Discount King, a general merchandise wholesaler, has leased 33,260 SF of showroom & warehouse space at 9505 & 9503 Harwin Drive, Houston, Texas. Discount King is an importer and wholesaler based in the Los Angeles area for the past 10 years, who provides a turn key operation for dollar stores. They have helped establish over 100 new stores from fixtures to Fig Newtons, by offering the best merchandise selections at the most cost efficient pricing. Houston – January 2012 - Holder's Pest Control has leased 5,627 SF of office/warehouse space at Rockley Road, Houston, Texas. Jeremy Lumbreras with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. David Polatsek with Interra Capital Group represented the landlord.

Houston – December 2011 - Innova Integrated Solutions, a premier precision machine shop for the oil and gas industry has purchased a 12,000 SF industrial property at 12111 Brittmoore Park Drive in Houston, Texas. "The new facility will provide a three-fold increase in our production area and allow for greater thru-put and additional machining capabilities to meet our customers demands", says CEO and Founder Hiep Nguyen. Houston – November 2011 - Continetal Carbon Co. has leased 9,053 SF of lab space at 10655 Richmond Ave. Houston, Texas. Nick Peterson and Payton Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the tenant. Tony Roop with Sealy & Co. represented the landlord.

Missouri City – November 2011 - Southwest Electronic Energy has purchased 5.63 acres of land at 823 Buffalo Run in Missouri City, Texas. They are starting construction of a 55,000 SF corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Lakeview Business Park. They are nearly doubling their size with this facility. Southwest Electronic Energy manufactures lithium ion batteries for the oil and gas industry along with a variety of other uses.
