Richmond, Texas – December 2009 – Ducks Unlimited has leased a 2,600 square foot office building at 915 Front Street known as the Lamar Calder House in Richmond, Texas. The Lamar Calder House is registered as a historical building with the National Registry. It is located next to the new Fort Bend County complex including the county courthouse, which is under construction. Ducks Unlimited is the world's leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation. Sugar Land, Texas – November 2009 – Benefits Unlimited, an employee insurance and benefits administration company has leased 5,000 SF at Offices at Creekside, Ltd. for their new corporate headquarters location. Stafford, Texas – November 2009 – Decorative Flooring, LLC has purchased a new 7,056 square foot office warehouse facility at 12814 Murphy Road in the Park Murphy Business Park in Stafford, Texas. Decorative Flooring, LLC is a Houston, Texas based company that provides hardwood floors. Anthony Luk with LYT Realty, Inc. represented the Buyer and Mike Gornek with Indermuehle & Co. represented the Seller.

Houston, Texas – July 2009 – ARC Abatement has purchased a 7,760 square foot office warehouse facility at 6827 Signat in Houston, Texas. ARC Abatement is a full service, environmental services company specializing in asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead abatement and demolition. With offices nationwide, this facility will serve as headquarters for their Houston operations. Bohler Welding Group is an international supplier of welding materials for the welding industry worldwide. Tom Brummett at Brummett & Company handled lease negotiations for the Landlord, and manages the property.
