Houston, Texas – July 2009 – ARC Abatement has purchased a 7,760 square foot office warehouse facility at 6827 Signat in Houston, Texas. ARC Abatement is a full service, environmental services company specializing in asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead abatement and demolition. With offices nationwide, this facility will serve as headquarters for their Houston operations. Bohler Welding Group is an international supplier of welding materials for the welding industry worldwide. Tom Brummett at Brummett & Company handled lease negotiations for the Landlord, and manages the property.
