Stafford, Texas – January 2010 – Stonebridge Granite & Marble, LLC has leased 6,900 square feet of warehouse space at 13335 Murphy Road in Stafford, Texas. The Landlord, SPWP, LLC, was represented by Lang Motes with Indermuehle & Co.

Houston, Texas – January 2010 – United Refrigeration Inc., a U.S. based distributor of refrigeration, air conditioning and heating parts, and equipment worldwide, has leased 10,000 square feet of showroom/warehouse space at 7801 N. Shepherd in the north Houston, Texas area. Jon Michael with NAI Houston represented the property owner, Cobalt Industrial REIT II. Payton Indermuehle and Jeremy Lumbreras with Indermuehle & Co. represented the United Refrigeration Inc.

Houston, Texas – December 2009 – Indermuehle & Co. has closed on the sale of a 16,500 square foot office warehouse building at 1633 Oak Tree in Houston, Texas. Jeremy Lumbreras and Payton Indermuehle with Indermuehle & Co. represented the Seller, Zarsky Industrial.

Richmond, Texas – December 2009 – Ducks Unlimited has leased a 2,600 square foot office building at 915 Front Street known as the Lamar Calder House in Richmond, Texas. The Lamar Calder House is registered as a historical building with the National Registry. It is located next to the new Fort Bend County complex including the county courthouse, which is under construction. Ducks Unlimited is the world's leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation. Jennifer Raymond with Indermuehle & Co. represented the Landlord.

Sugar Land, Texas – November 2009 – Benefits Unlimited, an employee insurance and benefits administration company has leased 5,000 SF at Offices at Creekside, Ltd. for their new corporate headquarters location. The company will be relocating to the new space in December 2009. Larry Indermuehle with Indermuehle & Co. represented the Landlord, Offices at Creekside, Ltd., and Bud Friedman with Ft. Bend Real Estate Corporation represented the Tenant, Benefits Unlimited in the transaction.

Stafford, Texas – November 2009 – Decorative Flooring, LLC has purchased a new 7,056 square foot office warehouse facility at 12814 Murphy Road in the Park Murphy Business Park in Stafford, Texas. Decorative Flooring, LLC is a Houston, Texas based company that provides hardwood floors. Anthony Luk with LYT Realty, Inc. represented the Buyer and Mike Gornek with Indermuehle & Co. represented the Seller.

Rosenberg, Texas – October 2009 – Indermuehle & Co. announces the closing of an 11.6 acre tract of land on FM 723 in Rosenberg, Texas. Jim Shaw of Indermuehle & Co. represented the seller, Richard and Karen McCarter and buyer, Jalal and Eman Halawa.

Stafford, Texas – September 2009 – SOS Medical Supplies has purchased a new 7,046 square foot office warehouse facility at 12834 Murphy Road in the Park Murphy Business Park in Stafford, Texas. SOS Medical Supplies is a Houston, Texas based company owned and operated with a management team that has over 30 years of experience in the medical equipment industry. They provide high quality medical products for a wide assortment of health care needs. Houston, Texas – July 2009 – ARC Abatement has purchased a 7,760 square foot office warehouse facility at 6827 Signat in Houston, Texas. ARC Abatement is a full service, environmental services company specializing in asbestos abatement, mold remediation, lead abatement and demolition. With offices nationwide, this facility will serve as headquarters for their Houston operations.
