Houston, Texas – October 2008 – Brighton-Best International, Inc., an international socket screw manufacturer and distributor, has relocated and expanded their distribution warehouse in Houston, Texas. The new 54,500 square feet facility, located at 8728 West Little York in the Cole Creek Business Park, will serve as their local, point of distribution for Houston and surrounding areas. Spring, Texas – September 5, 2008 – Indermuehle & Co. and Chicken Dinner Properties are proud to announce the closing of a 1.033 acre tract on Louetta Road in Spring, Texas. Houston, Texas – July 21, 2008 – The Houston, Texas based manufacturer and distributor of Latin American foods, Mama Lycha Food, has renewed and expanded their distribution warehouse lease at 4422 W. 12th Street with Denver Colorado based Prologis. This will be the second time Mama Lycha Foods has expanded in the past three years. The current facility now at 28,950 square feet will continue to be their central distribution point of access into North America.
