Sugar Land – April 2023 – ICO Commercial has sold a 37,430 SF Industrial building at 13411 Redfish in Stafford. Sunbelt Machine Works, a privately owned precision machine shop founded in 1978, expanded and renovated this property to serve the needs of this growing machine shop. And with the sale of the property, the new owners will continue the machine shop legacy that was started here in 1978. Sugar Land – September 2022 – ICO Commercial has leased 3,500 SF of Industrial space at 26077 Nelson Way within the first 20 days on the market to Lone Star Roofing, Inc. Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord, Niagara Retail, LLC.

Sugar Land – August 2022 – ICO Commercial's client purchased 5.067 Acres of Land on Fuqua from CG Reserve 164 Inc. Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the Buyer, Inaka Power Real Estate, LLC. Tom Carter with Greater Houston Commercial Properties represented the seller.
