Sugar Land – September 2023 – ICO Commercial has purchased 1,476 Acres of Land at FM 1725 in Willis, Texas. Seth Green and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Buyer. ICO sourced this beautiful large acreage tract for the Buyer (a residential developer Client). With multiple renegotiations and amendments through the interest rate hikes of 2022-2023, it has been a challenging but incredible project for ICO to be a part of. The development will be a beautiful acreage lot residential community. The Sellers and our Client have been great to work with and ICO looks forward to helping facilitate the remaining phases over the next year.

Sugar Land – August 2023 – ICO Commercial sold a 3,229 SF Industrial building at 1516 North Durham in Houston. Kelsey Davis and Jane Nodskov with ICO Commercial represented the Seller. Ashley Alexander with Nextgen Real Estate represented the Buyer.

Sugar Land – August 2023 – ICO Commercial has leased the last retail space of 1,250 SF to Rock N Roll It at 8715 Stella Link Road. This center is now 100% occupied. Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord, Matt Rohira with Satnam Center, Inc. Peter Strauss with Wile Interests was the outside broker.

Sugar Land – July 2023 – ICO Commercial has sold 56.56 Acres of Land at Foerster School Road in Needville, Texas. Seth Green and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Seller who is a great client and friend. The Seller was willing to provide financing for the Buyer which helped get the deal across the finish line.

Sugar Land – June 2023 – ICO Commercial has leased the last retail space of 1,595 SF to Mattress on Demand at 1531 FM 359. This center is now 100% occupied. Danna Sossen with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord, Sehar Investment Group, LLC. Jason Martinez with Centermark Real Estate was the outside broker.

Sugar Land – May 2023 – ICO Commercial has leased 3,846 SF of retail space at 1500 Jackson Street in Richmond to 5 Star Learning Academy which makes the center 100% leased. Jane Nodskov and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord, Chenonceau Holdings LLC.

Sugar Land – May 2023 – ICO Commercial has leased 17,526 SF of retail space at 13444 Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land to play space, a children's indoor playground concept. They have an existing location in Webster, and this will be their second location in the Houston area. Larry Indermuehle, Jane Nodskov, and Kelsey Davis with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord, Sugar Creek Baptist Church.

Sugar Land – September 2023 – ICO Commercial has purchased 30,492 SF of Land at 9614 Dalecrest Drive in Houston, Texas. Seth Green and Lang Motes with ICO Commercial represented the Buyer. The Buyer plans to be the owner user of a small flex-industrial development. ICO really enjoyed working with the Buyer and Seller to get this one across the finish line.

Sugar Land – April 2023 – ICO Commercial has sold a 37,430 SF Industrial building at 13411 Redfish in Stafford. Sunbelt Machine Works, a privately owned precision machine shop founded in 1978, expanded and renovated this property to serve the needs of this growing machine shop. And with the sale of the property, the new owners will continue the machine shop legacy that was started here in 1978.
