Sugar Land, Texas – August 2022 – ICO Commercial ("ICO") is celebrating the 30th anniversary of our company's founding in Houston, Texas in September of 1991. Our founding principal, Larry Indermuehle, recognized ahead of most Houstonians that the growth potential of southwest Houston and Fort Bend County was viable and worth betting on. Sugar Land – May 2022 – ICO Commercial has leased 5,000 SF of industrial space located at 10304 Cash Road in Stafford, TX. Jane Nodskov and Larry Indermuehle with ICO Commercial represented the landlord, Adamas Investment Trust, Inc. Jim Pratt with Colliers International was the outside broker.

Sugar Land – March 2022 – ICO Commercial has leased 39,615 SF of Industrial Space at 12520 W. Airport Blvd, Suite 600 in Sugar Land. Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the Tenant, Plasson USA, LLC. Darryl Noon and Nick Peterson with Transwestern were the Landlord representatives.

Sugar Land – March 2022 – ICO Commercial has leased 35,677 SF of Industrial Space at 4030 Bluebonnet, Suite 100 to Clawtel Business Group Corp. Peyton Easley with ICO Commercial represented the Landlord, Soni Realty Texas, LLC. Le Nguyen with Century 21 Top Realty was the outside broker.

Sugar Land – February 2022 – ICO Commercial has sold 138.27 Acres of Land on Shaws Bend Road. Seth Green with ICO Commercial represented the Buyer, CES Land Services, LLC. Kimberly Johnson with Leyco Real Estate was the outside broker. 

Sugar Land – February 2022 – ICO Commercial has sold 54.34 Acres of Land at Piney Woods Road. Seth Green with ICO Commercial represented the Buyer, CES Land Services, LLC. Johanna Maertz with Blue Dolphin Realty, LLC was the outside broker.
